Quotes and Pricing

Nothing on this site is a price or an offer to do work at a set cost. Every home is different. The length of the roofline, the height and pitch, access, and the condition of the fascia and gutters all change the job.

A quote we give you by phone or after looking at your home is an estimate. The actual work is covered by the written agreement we both sign before we start. If that agreement and this website ever say different things, the agreement wins.

General Information Only

We write about LED lighting, energy use, app-controlled systems and year-round curb appeal in general terms. Your results can differ. Power use depends on how many lights you run, how long you run them, and your utility rates. Treat the site as a starting point, not a promise, and ask us about your own home when you call.
